Llanca, Colera, Girona, Catalunya


DIRECTIONS:

North of Port Bou & 5.5 km. north from Llanca, at kilometer 14 of the N-260. Turn right (if heading northwards) onto small path (no vehicles) leading to beach 200 m. further on. 

 



COMMENTS:

Playa de Cap Ras beach, lays in a sparsely
populated area.
It is 80 meters in length by 10 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow medium grain sand with pebbles in places.
The beach is not regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are moderate/harsh, with possible fresh to strong sea breezes.
Cap Ras beach is sparsely populated even in high season.
Parking is not allowed/possible close to beach.

NAME: Playa Sa Conca

 

Playa Sa Conca

 

LOCATION: 

Cadaqués, Girona, Catalunya


DIRECTIONS:

Situated at the extreme south of
Cadaqués bay, although separated by a sharp headland, this beach is but 1 km. from the town of Cadaqués. Beach is found just past the hotel, at playa de Llane Gran.


 

 

COMMENTS:

Playa de Sa Conca beach, lays in a medium populated area.
It is 125 meters in length by 11 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of grey pebbles.
The beach is not regularly cleaned by the authorities.
The sea conditions are mostly calm, with little or no sea breezes.
Population at Sa Conca beach is medium.
Parking is allowed near the beach.

NAME: Cala Murtra

LOCATION: 

Cap Blanc, Roses, Girona, Catalunya



DIRECTIONS:

Cala Murtra location is between Punta Falconera & Cap Blanc, just a few kilometers south of Montjoi bay, on the Montjoi Jancals road.
Cala Murtra is the next beach south of Cap Blanc.

 




COMMENTS:

 Cala Murtra beach, lays in a sparsely populated area.
This beach, due to it's difficult access, is little visited. Most arrive by boat.
The beach is 150 meters in length by 10 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow medium grain sand with pebbles.
The beach is not regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are calm/moderate, with possible fresh sea breezes.
Parking is only possible by road side.
No defined paths lead to beach.
NAME: Cala Can Comes

LOCATION: 

San Pere Pescador, Girona, Catalunya


DIRECTIONS:

Can Comes is found just south of the urbanisation of Empuriabrava, between the rivers of Emporda & Fluvia and backed by the Natural park of Aiguamolls de L'Emporda.


 

 

COMMENTS:


 Playa de Can Comes beach, lays mostly in a sparsely  populated area. It is an amazing 4 km. in length by 65 m. wide. The predominant ground surface is of yellow medium grain sand.
The beach is regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are moderate/harsh, with possible fresh to strong sea breezes.
Windsurfing is practiced here as conditions are ideal for the sport.
The Naturists gather in zones mostly some distance from textiles.
Due to it's size, Can Comes beach can seem empty even in high season.
Parking is allowed at or near campings.

 

NAME: Playa de Pals

LOCATION: 

El Daro, Pals, Begur, Girona, Catalunya

DIRECTIONS:

3.5 km. southeast of Torroella, is Playa de Pals. Head for the small town of Masos de Pals, and then
towards the radio sender masts of
Radio Liberty.

 

 



COMMENTS:

Playa de Pals beach, lays in a sparsley populated area.
It is 4.200 meters in length by 60 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow fine sand.
The beach is regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are moderate/harsh, with possible fresh sea breezes.
Naturism takes place on some zones of the beach.
Playa de Pals beach has a high population count.
Parking is allowed on parts close to beach.



 

NAME: L'Illa Roja

 

LOCATION: 

Sa Riera, Begur, Girona, Catalunya


DIRECTIONS:

From the town of Begur, take the road to Sa Riera, approx. 1.5 km.
From here either continue to Playa de Sa Riera and walk northwards to Playa de L'Illa Roja, or take a right turn about 1 km. from Begur, sign posted to Playa El Racó & walk 300 m. south across the small headland to Playa de L'Illa Roja.


COMMENTS:

Playa de L'Illa Roja beach, lays in a medium populated area. It is 100 meters in length by 10 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow medium grain sand.
The beach is regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are mostly calm.
This beach is mostly Naturist.
L'Illa Roja beach is highly populated, well attended by naturists.

Canyet de Mar, Girona, Catalunya


DIRECTIONS:

Km. 35 of the GE-682 road, 10 km. south of St.Feliu. Turn for Cala S. Ramon. Drive 1 km. and park by restaurant.

 

 




COMMENTS:

Playa de Senyor Ramon beach, lays in a sparsely populated area.
It is 200 meters in length by 30 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow rough grain sand.
The beach is regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are calm/moderate.
This beach, due to it's topography, is one of Spain's pioneering Naturist beaches.
Senyor Ramon beach is highly populated in high season.
Parking is allowed near restaurant, close to beach.

Canyet De Mar, Girona, Catalunya

DIRECTIONS:

Km. 33 of the GE-682 road, 12 km. south of St.Feliu.
Park by side of road, walk down hill 800 m. to the beach.

 

 

 



COMMENTS:

Playa de Vallpresona beach lays in an unpopulated area.
It is 280 meters in length by 20 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow rough grain sand, with rocks and boulders at it's north end.
The beach is regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are calm/moderate.
The Naturists gather mainly at the south end of the beach, where it is most sandy.
Vallpresona beach is medium populated in high season.
Parking is only possible on road side, 800 m. from beach.

DIRECTIONS:

At km. 29.5 of the GE-682 road, is a viewpoint lay-by, signposted as Mirador. Park here and take path down to beach.

Cala De Sa Futadera beach, lays in an unpopulated area.
It is 100 meters in length by 10 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow rough grain sand with pebbles. The beach is not cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are calm/moderate.
Cala de Sa Futadera beach, is sparsely populated  even in high season.
Parking is only possible by viewpoint on main road.

DIRECTIONS:

2.5 km. north of Blanes on the GE-682, between km. 8 & 9, turn for playa Sta. Cristina.
First turn on left leads to Playa de La Boadella 400 m. walk from here on.

 

 



COMMENTS:

Playa de La Boadella beach, lays in a sparsely populated area.
It is 310 meters in length by 35 m. wide.
The predominant ground surface is of yellow rough grain sand.
The beach is not regularly cleaned by the authorities.
Facing the open ocean, the sea conditions are calm/moderate.
The Naturists gather mainly at one end of the beach.
La Boadella beach is medium populated even in high season.
Parking is allowed nearby, at playa Sta. Cristina.
